• Local tax is charged from the age of 16: EUR 3.- per person per night / from May 2026 EUR 4,-- p.p.p.n.
• Additional charge of EUR 25.- per day for pets (please on request)
• Included in the rate: electricity, water, heating, waste disposal, parking, WIFI, bed linen, towels, dish cloths, and VAT.

Breakfast:

• We offer to serve breakfast box with fresh local produce in your apartment (room service).
• Rate: by order quantity.
• Choose from the following: tea, coffee, chocolate milk, milk, bread rolls, butter, jam, honey, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, juice, muesli, yoghurt, fruits.
• Special wishes upon request.

Additional cleaning:

• Upon request at the reception desk, we can clean your apartment for you during your stay.
• Additional cleaning: EUR 55.-

Discounts for children staying in their parent's room: (not available during peak season)

• 0 - 1,99 years of age: free
• 2 - 5,99 years of age: EUR 10,- per day in their parent's room
• 6 - 11,99 years of age: EUR 15,- per day in their parent's room
